Our work, the Insituto Madrileño de Estudios Avanzados, has been published in the 18th issue of Distrito Oficina magazine.
This issue, dedicated to "coworking spaces" and which explores the culture and trend of workspaces today, has included our project as a reference building of "Environments for research".
The building, located in Getafe Sur Technology Park, has more than 19,000 m2 destined to house different uses: institutional, management and administration, research and training. With a clean architecture and simple volumes, the aim was to create a unique building that would function as an emblem of the Foundation and also enhance the relationship, communication and exchange of knowledge.
