MBA & Arquitectos has been invited to participate in the International Restricted Competition of new ideas for the updating of common spaces and creation of new uses in Torre Picasso, in the Azca Complex in Madrid.
The MBA & Arquitectos proposal combines the adaptation to new technologies of these spaces through the use of natural materials, lighting and natural vegetation, at the same time that the existing complex circulations from 4 entrances on different facades are been re-studied.
More functional, intuitive and technological transitions and circulation spaces are proposed, opening the spaces to the outside even in the interior areas, through "virtual windows" that look out from the inside.
