After two years of work, dedication and effort, MBA Arquitectos has successfully completed the construction of the new residence for the elderly in Murcia, with capacity for 150 residents.
The new residence is a reference within this type of building, for the quality and warmth of its spaces, the importance given to the presence of natural light as a design premise, and the careful design of the green spaces surrounding the building.
