Design Project, Build Project and Construction Management of Research Building, Training spaces and Offices for the Madrid Institute of Advanced Studies (IMDEA) of Materials permanent Headquarters.
The extensive program includes spaces for research laboratories, a large testing hall, offices, restaurant, training spaces and auditorium. The program is developed on 2 floors below ground level and 6 floors above ground level, around a large atrium with natural light that visually and spatially connects all spaces. The different uses flow naturally into each other, generating interconnections between all the agents participating in the Research Projects that are developed here.
